Project Support Analyst with methodical, detail-orientated approach required.

The position involves working with specialised software applications which monitor and report the safety and quality of human and veterinary pharmaceuticals. The position is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Excellent computer skills and minimum of 12 months relevant experience essential. Applicants must possess ‘A’ levels or equivalent as a minimum educational standard (degree level preferred). The ability to work accurately within the structure of formal procedures is essential.

Database skills (Oracle, SQL scripting) required Pharmacovigilance knowledge a significant advantage Crystal or XML skills would also be desirable

The key duties include:

  • Management of implementation and configuration projects
  • Provision of 1st/2nd/3rd line software support
  • Investigation and resolution of customer issues
