Summary

Ennov PV is recruiting for  Customer Service Analysts to join our team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

The role involves working with specialised software applications which monitor and report the safety and quality of human and veterinary pharmaceuticals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our Support Analysts are focused on providing high quality application and technical support to customers and internal colleagues through the following activities:

  • Responding to requests for technical assistance via the helpdesk or phone.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with general software functionality, user accounts, XML submissions and crystal reports etc.
  • Researching answers to customer questions using available documentation and assistance from colleagues.
  • Creating knowledgebase articles for customers and company employees.
  • Contributing to the development of internal tools to improve the efficiency of the team.

Skills and Qualifications

You will be customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as having the desire to join an agile and dynamic team. You will have excellent computer skills combined with a methodical, detail orientated approach.

You will ideally be a college-level graduate of a computer science related subject, however, other relevant studies will be considered if necessary technical skills can be demonstrated.

 

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • At least 2 years of confirmed Helpdesk / Customer Service experience.
  • Familiarity with the SQL language.

 

Useful Skills, considered beneficial for the position:

  • Project management experience.
  • Database maintenance/development (preferably Oracle).
  • Use of XML/XSLT, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports.
  • Windows configuration/maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Pharmacovigilance practices.
