Ennov announces the acquisition of AtEvent, publisher of the Atrium™ software suite for professional event and scientific congress management.
This acquisition strengthens Ennov’s leading position in regulated content management for Life Sciences.
AtEvent’s Atrium solution manages the transparency of interests between professionals and health industries (Human, Animal Health, Cosmetics and Medical Device) and thus ensures its customers regulatory compliance with all elements required by supervisory authorities (NOO/DMOS, EFPIA, Sunshine Act, Bertrand Law).
AtEvent becomes the Events division of Ennov. It complements the solutions that Ennov already proposes for quality management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and clinical trials.
