We are thrilled to announce the release of Ennov 10.3, delivering even greater satisfaction to our platform’s users. This latest version introduces two significant new features:
Enhanced AI Capabilities
Ennov 10.3 strengthens the platform’s AI component with the addition of generative AI and support for multiple Large Language Models (LLMs). This enhancement unlocks powerful productivity features, including the automatic generation of questionnaires to validate knowledge capture—particularly valuable in quality assurance and clinical domains—and automatic document categorization.
The classification process involves importing hundreds of documents and organizing them into a tree structure with high confidence levels, followed by human verification. These functionalities are especially beneficial in regulatory and eTMF (electronic Trial Master File) fields.
Collaborative Document Review and Improved E-Signatures
Version 10.3 also offers collaborative document review with annotation lifecycle management. When used with the Third-Party Site (TPS) module, the solution’s electronic signature capabilities are enhanced through an Adobe Trust List (ADL) certificate. This enables external users to sign documents, providing an efficient and affordable alternative to DocuSign and AdobeSign.
We have introduced many other innovations, especially for the clinical sector. EDC version 10 has been further expanded with the addition of ePro.
